How should i explain the courage to change?
I have to give a talk to 7th and 8th graders on the courage to change. How should i go about doing this?

tell them change is inevitable. to try and change for the better requires courage, cause there is a chance of failure in it. but nobody succeeds without failing. and thats the nature of the universe and human life.
failure has its good points. it teaches us how a thing doesn’t work. and that way you come closer to the change one desires any way. so its all win win . therefore dear kids go ahead and be courageous.
remember some time you loose and sometime you win but courageous always are able to survive both faliure and success. as success also can be scary.

In other words, get the kids thinking along the lines of changing nobody but themselves.

If they want to change the world, they can only change themselves!

I need to spend 12 hours a day working on me
and the other 12 hours staying out of your business!
