I’m 15 and I am taking a girl out to eat. I need some tips like what to talk about and things I should do or just any advise that you can give. Thanks.
Stay calm, don’t get too worked up/nervous (easier said than done, I know).
I think the key to getting a conversation started is to ask open ended questions, and follow up on what they have to say. So, instead of saying "have you had a nice day?", where she can just say "yes" and that’s the end of that, ask "what have you been up to today?". She can tell you what she did, and you can bounce off of it. So if she saw a film, ask what films she likes, talk about films. If she visited a friend, ask how long she’s known them, maybe talk about childhood friends or the weird/funny ways you’ve ended up friends with people, and so on.
Talking about your surroundings is always there if you can think of nothing else – talk about how good/bad the food is, whether you’ve been there before, etc.
Another good tip I find for first dates is to read up on the news. If conversation is getting a bit thin on the ground, bring up something you read about that’s happened recently. Seeing as you’re quite young, celeb gossip seems like it might be a fun topic of conversation. Plus, who doesn’t have an opinion on Charlie Sheen nowadays? 
Easy conversation right there.
