I have a Mass. Junior Operator license, and I need to know precisely when I was issued it. I checked all over, and cannot find a date which clearly indicates when it was issued. I need to know for certain.
On the back, where the Junior Operator Restrictions are listed, there’s an unmarked date. Could this be it?
