Where do I find the date of bottling?

I have an unopened bottle of Chivas Royal Salute Scotch Whiskey. It belonged to my grandfather. It’s a blue ceramic bottle with a knight on a horse holding a sword with a battle axe on each side, and it has a protective blue pouch that comes with it. Where do I find the date of bottling? I looked all over. There is a sticker (bottle stamped) seal going across the top and down the sides of the bottles neck that has what looks like serial numbers on it but no date. Can anyone help me figure this out please?
I would inquire with some antique dealers. That’s the only advice I can offer.
