I’m dating this guy named cj online, and we’ve been going out for four months now. I really belive i’m in Love, no doubt about it, But there’s times when im just not sure if he could be cheating on me or what. by way, im 12 years old. Im SURE this guy is not 45 years old, i’ve talked to him on the phone, and seen him on cam. Can someone give me tips on online dating? and if ur just going to make stupid comments like "do your parents know about this,?" or "Your to young" then please dont bother to answer.
You are engaging in very seriously dangerous behavior. You are not in love. You have no idea whether the person on a cam is actually the guy, nor if the one you think you talked to on the phone is the guy, and you are not "going out" with this guy, cause you don’t even live near him and are not old enough to date anyways. If he is "cheating" on you, what does that mean? You have no commitment made with him. He can do whatever he wants to do. It’s not like he’s actually doing anything with you.
Sheeesh! Get a clue!

I am trying to make sure that i negotiate a good deal on a home for sale. I saw on tv that the longer a home has been on market could save me (the buyer) alot of money. They also commented that there was a way to find the list date and also the original list date because some homes are relisted because it hasn’t sold in a timely manner.
Yahoo real estate has the list date but if it is re-listed you’ll have to ask a realtor.
Ladies, what do you think of these dating tips?

It was on the Yahoo! homepage, and I liked some of them, so I want to know which you believe to be true (and which you disagree with):

Pretty much text book typical awful advice from women to men on how to get women:
#’s 1,8,9,10, & 12 are meant to set a man up to be controlled and act from a position of weakness
#2 & 4 just show how vain women are and how much stock that put in stupid stuff
The one about hitting on a woman is always flattering is TOTAL b.s….if she’s not attracted to you, she is annoyed and thinks you are a creep….
If you are a woman, I suppose this is EXACTLY the kind of horsesh*t you want your man to be deluded by….if you are a dude, you should damn near do the opposite if most everything said, minus the taking forever to get ready
CAustin: glad to see you are finally coming around….I am to knowledge of life as you are to physics……

Does anyone else feel like you are all but undateable, due to the responsibilities you have as a single parent? I am an attractive, professional single father that is fortunate enough to have my 13 yr old daughter living with me full time. I have her all but 4 nights a month. I adore her and love having her with me. I dont have any problem finding dates, but it is tough with such little time away from my daughter. Just curious if I am the only one that gets frustrated by this.
I’m single Veteran, getting fat GI bills for school, with no responsibilities other than college and laundry, and no real family except a roommate, but even I feel like I can’t afford to schedule in the burden of dating.
When you really need a date, you’ll figure out how to make time. When you really find a great lady you’ll make time without even figuring out how to do it.
Sure, a 14 year old girl can put a damper on your love life in a hurry. Maybe sometimes she should. If your lady can’t handle her while she’s dating you, she’s definitely not wife material for you.
All the same, a 14 year old girl should be responsible enough to be able to take care of herself for an evening now and then, or even a whole night… although if you spend a night out of the house now and then, don’t be surprised if your daughter thinks it’s OK for her to do the same some day.
At 14, it should also be quite healthy for your child to be going to sleepovers, or evening "playdates" with friends of the same gender. I might recommend making friends with some of her parent’s friends. Married or not, they definitely will want a night off of parenting once in a while, and if you can take the strain of a few guests once in a while, or even just driving a few extra kids place to place once in a while, it’s not too much to expect them to return the favor. What you do with your free time is up to you of course. There’s also always summer camps. Most kids resist them at first unless a few friends are going, but they generally want to go back next time if you’ve picked a good one. Good ones can be a bit expensive of course…
